I brought in a package for an amazon return to this store after being directed here from their website,
what I thought was a pretty routine label print and drop off. The man working the morning of 7.7.17, came our from the back of the store and IMMEDIATELY copped an attitude with me before I had even told him what I needed. He basically snapped back about how he couldn't do that and we're not a full service store. If that's the case so be it but I'm not even sure I believe he couldn't print a prepaid label and take the package? I hope someone from ups or the hotel monitors this. This individual shouldn't be working in contact with any customers.
