  • I just left the salon at 7:15p.m.and I arrived at 6:25p.m. The young lady waited for me to arrive and an older woman took care of me. I had liquid gel overlay on my own nails. She rushed on my hands. Her customer service was horrible. She consistently pulled my hands while working on my nails, and also moved the towel by pushing my hands aside ,instead of saying, "could you lift up your hands". The gel is thick on my thumbs and not smooth, I relocated to Phoenix and haven't been successful with locating a great nail technician. I only tried this location because of the positive review. I'm not pleased at all with the $30.00 that I paid for this. I don't mind paying more for quality service, however; this definitely wasn't it. I forgot to mention that she was mumbling to herself in her native language when she was almost done, and we were the only two in the front of the salon.
