Took the kids to see Star Wars over Christmas break. Get them to the seats and settled in with the smuggled drinks and popcorn to avoid the $25 it would have cost at the concession stand (but hey, that's not the reason for the one-star review-- all theaters are like that). Head back out to get myself a coffee and there are two people working the counter and a line 15 people deep. Ok, understaffed but I've got time, right? After 10 minutes of getting through three people, and 15 minutes past showtime, I figure the trailers are about to end so I give up and head back to the theater, coffee-less. Lo and behold, the trailers went on for a full 30 minutes past showtime! WTF? So, no coffee, and 30 minutes of trailers for movies I don't want to see.
So... if I go here again I'll be smuggling in the coffee as well.
