  • Love Starbucks! Hate slow service more! The best time to go in is at 10am on a weekday. I went in to order a cold brew at 9am and guess what? They had none! I know they can only make a limited amount of the stuff like all the other stores. But how are you ALREADY out of it at 9AM? The coffee otherwise is great, cause it's Starbucks. I suggest that the owners really look at their model they're following and make some tweaks. Some training would be great, especially for the drive through area.
