  • I'm a die-hard Roose fan! I've been getting my hair cut by Lisa for years now, including when they were located a few doors down. The atmosphere couldn't be cuter and their location in Downtown PHpe Not only is it a relaxing atmosphere, but I always leave feeling refreshed, and end up playing with my hair the whole drive home. I have never been disappointed, and I so enjoy spending an afternoon here every month or two. (I DEFINITELY wait too long between appointments, but Lisa is extremely patient with me anyway.) About 6 months ago I decided I wanted to go blonde, like really blonde, but didn't want it to be bleached and super unnatural-looking (I was pretty blonde as a child and over time it's gotten a lot darker.) I've been in 3 times in that span so she can add more blonde highlights to it, and it's gotten better and better each time! I'm ridiculously pleased with how natural it looks, as I still have a fair amount of my natural hair color, but a nice mixture of blonde highlights - of various shades. I love it! The Roose also just recently added a clothing section, and the merchandise is not only budget-friendly, but really cute! I have a ring and some earrings from here and get compliments on them often.
