  • Sorry excuse for a business. The ever-so clueless Brittany gave a turnaround time of one week for an item that would need to be dropped off when the owner Jack was back in. We waited for Jack and when he was back in, he told us that he could not get our job done until January 8 but cut letters and told us that we could get them sewn on anywhere. We went to another embroidery company and they asked for the digitized file which the Jack was rude and refused to give us. $67 worth of patches that I can't do anything with. Pathetic level of service. And then he calls me and tells me he will never do business with me again and to have a nice life. YOU have a nice life Jack and you don't have to worry me or anyone I know about me ever setting foot in your sorry establishment ever again! Dear Fellow Greeks, You're much better off at Fantastic Embroidery in Boulevard Mall. Better work, better service, faster turnaround, higher competency.
