  • I am so impressed with the quality of diamonds and settings that they have and the customer service is outstanding. They are very helpful without being pushy. I never felt pressured to purchase right then and there. They really wanted me to be happy with my selection. I had my original wedding band and diamond re-set into another setting for my 25th anniversary. They worked with me by suggesting different types of settings and let me browse through books. They even brought in several bands for me to look at and choose from without being obligated to purchase any one of them. I did find a setting that I loved and it fit my personality and tastes perfectly. They were very patient and knowledgable. I got a beautiful setting that completely fit my budget. After I chose my setting, they took my original ring and set my diamond into my new setting within one day. I was super impressed. The ring is gorgeous and it really fits my taste. I will be back again and have referred several friends. If you are looking for a loose diamond, or a new setting or any type of jewelry, this is the place to go. They will treat you like family and help you find exactly what you want and will stay within your budget. They have a super warranty and a great trade up option. Better than any other jewelry store I have ever been too. They also have the best prices out there. You will not be disappointed.
