| - My girlfriend and I tried EZ Fitness and were pleasantly surprised. The instructor, Eva , is energetic and VERY positive. She makes everyone feel welcome and included, regardless of your dance skill. Also, if you are a regular, be prepared to come up on stage with her to do a routine (a fun perk if that's your thing).
The studio itself is a little small, but very well organized and clean. I agree with other reviewers - mirrors make it feel more spacious, and also make the choreo easier to observe and to follow.
On the topic of choreo - be prepared to be challenged. It is super fun, but will stretch the muscle groups that you didn't know that you had. She does broad range of music - pop, salsa, reggaeton, lyrical...so it is never boring. She does repeat routines though, so you get used to it after a while. It is still fun though. If you feel particularly adventurous, try the EZ Flow. It can be most easily described as yoga with dumb bells. Caveat though - that class WILL kick your butt. I have never sweat so much wile sitting on the ground...
Lastly - pricing. Pricing is pretty reasonable. I would do drop in for the first class ($5) afterwards- the best value is one of the prepaid plans (there are quite a few). I picked $80 prepay for 20 classes. That, like most plans, lands you at around $4 per class.
All in all, good value for a great experience.
