  • My roommate recommended the place because she knew someone who worked there. I thought it was worth a chance, so I just walked in. The owner was helping someone else when I walked in, but another employee came to the counter almost immediately. Everyone was patient and understanding and very polite. They ran a quick check on my phone to see what was up, and they said it looked like it would need a replacement part. They said one hour, fifty bucks, so I just went downtown and waited and when I came back, my phone was totally fixed! They even did a little bit of extra work that I didn't ask for, and did not charge me for it (there was a dent in the phone they got out for the most part). I would totally recommend this place, and plan on coming back.
