The service department is TERRIBLE. The last 3-4 times I have taken my truck to Ford County, there have been substantial issues. And when you call for a manager each time I am told I will be contacted "right away" but it takes a week IF you get a call at all. I won't be back & advise against anyone else taking their vehicle to Ford Country for service.
Update: First, their "update" looks like it was sent AFTER they spoke to me today. This "update" is a feeble attempt at "damage control" Now the real update: I spoke with Ford Country today & the GM went as far as trying to tell me the reason they had no record of my appointment is because their system is not tied to Ford & that my appointment "was made with Ford & Ford Country is not Ford". This despite the fact that I was sent text & emails from Ford reminding me of my appointment at Ford Country. Hmmmm...and the reason I was charged $80 instead of $40 is because my truck took 2 extra quarts of oil. So I guess synthetic oil is now $20/quart?? Avoid this dealership AT ALL COST. I called corporate & Ford corporate assured me that their systems are most definitely tied together & there was no excuse for this lapse & the issues it caused. As for you gentleman at Ford Country that are reading this: it goes without saying that I will never come to you for service again but instead of trying clean this up with BS, be men. I'm old school gentleman & I'm willing to forget the $ you should be crediting me; all I want is some accountability & apology from your GM. I get that, I stop posting reviews. Otherwise I will continue to call corporate & continue to add to the stack of complaints they already have on Ford Country The ball is in your court fellas.
