  • Today was my first time at the New Serenity Spa. I decided to find a new spa to visit because of a poor previous experience at another place. Upon walking in I was super impressed with the decor of the waiting room. Beautiful LED canvases decorated every room including the treatment room. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The spa rooms were absolutely beautiful, the lights were dimmed, the beds were soft and heated and there was a little betta fish in the room! I felt completely relaxed from my facial. Everyone who worked there made sure you felt comfortable and pampered. My esthetician Shayna was very kind and made sure I was relaxed. Will definitely be returning soon!
