  • I usually like this store but today was just ridiculous. I went in the store and there were 4 people working so I figured it wouldn't take too long to get through the 6 people ahead of me. I got there right about 6, they close at 8. I left my phone number and wandered around inside and eventually walked around with my toddler outside. About an hour had passed and still no one had helped us. One of the employees clocked out and another was on break even though there was a store full of people waiting. I continued to wait another 30 minutes when I heard another girl sitting on the floor (there is absolutely no where for customers to sit while waiting) say she had been waiting for an hour and a half as well. I knew exactly what I was getting and was an easy sale but instead I went to the girl that had come back from break to let her know we were leaving and that she could take us off the list. She gave me the most puzzled look. I will not go back to this store. It is unprofessional and lacks quality customer service. I will also be calling in to complain as well. I understand being busy but when an adult and their child walk in and you know it's going to be a long wait have the decency to inform them so they can go to another store or come back another time rather than allow them to waste an hour and a half wandering around.
