rev:text	I'm a student and I work, I know a little about my vehicle. I have changed my oil myself etc, so when I woke up for class and my truck didn't start I fucking panicked. I immediately assume it's a huge problem and I look online to diagnose the situation. All I need is a new battery, I'm pretty sure. I get the battery checked at a local Pepboy's and they quote me stupid high amounts for a new battery without warranty. I call the Oreilly's by my house and talk to the manager and he quotes me and tells me they'll change it for free and take my old battery, and their prices are cheaper AND I get a warranty. I got off the phone, got a jump and got to Oreilly's as soon as I could and the manager Rick knew he had just spoken to me, rings me up and Eric changes out my battery. He even checks my starter and alternator after he's done to ensure I won't run into more problems. Great customer service and fair pricing.
