  • Absolutely a major improvement over the previous restaurant located at the hotel. I am here as part of the University of Michigan Alumni for the hockey game. The hotel has made incredible remodeling done right. The restaurant has a great marketing options. I would suggest that you market the sports bar to area University Alumni clubs. A area (Dallas Tx) restaurant /sports bar recently reached out to our club and started hosting our watch parties every Saturday for the football season. The restaurant has more than doubled there sales and in return donates 10% of the sales to the scholarship committee. The Alumni club now uses there business to watch hockey, basketball and other games. The business is a little slow but with the right marketing it could become a great sports bar. I am sure that there are numerous local Alumni clubs that would love this venue.
