  • I've been here 2-3 times for services as it is right next to where I live. The young gentleman who usually works on weekdays is very pleasant to work with. The first time I went here for an oil change, the wait was quite long even though I did make an appointment and I got my car after the promised time. I was due for another oil change last week and the pressure in one of the tires kept going down. I was hoping to get the oil changed and tire fixed after work last Monday but they said they couldn't take me as they were about to close for the day. I asked them if they could check out the tire real quick and they put some air for me. I returned on Saturday without an appointment because from the last experience with them, I thought it wouldn't make a difference on wait time whether I made an appointment or not. An older guy was working and he asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He told me the wait was about an hour and a half and I decided to wait. I asked him to check the tire as the pressure was still dropping. After about 2 hours, my car was still not ready and I went outside to check on it and the guy said it was almost done without even looking at me (no apology for taking longer than promised). Another 30 minutes passed and still my car wasn't ready. At this point, I got pissed. If he had told me that the wait was more than 2.5 hours, I would've just dropped my car off and went home. Finally this guy came inside and threw my papers at the cashier and said "best bet is to make an appointment" as if it was my fault that he had told me a wrong wait time! He didn't even look at me and didn't even apologize. He didn't even bother to discuss the tire issue with me. I went outside, waited, still no car. I asked another guy and he said it was still in wash. I'm done with this place. NEVER EVER coming back again. And today I took my car to an independently owned auto repair and they were able to find a huge nail in the tire in less than 10 seconds and got it fixed in 10 minutes for $10.
