| - They/she does not look at the whole visit when providing the diagnosis codes and so I got stuck with a bill that has always been covered before at her office. When I called about it, I was told by the phone person 'No, no, no! We never change diagnosis codes. We cannot do that.' She did not even ask what it was. No....my insurance hasn't changed. Also, the last several times I have been in to see her, the waiting time was ridiculous. Once, I waited over an hour. There is no excuse for this, I feel. They just overbook. After having to pay for a service I always got from her that was covered, I will not go back.
The phone person is very rude. My husband and I go there (used to, at this point anyway) and he is the sweetest thing and that woman is just nasty even to him.
On top of that, when she sold her company to Spectrum, they wanted to have a credit card on file so they could charge you nearly immediately if your insurance didn't pay right away. They made you sign a form with your credit card number on it before you could even see her. That and my last appointment was the final straw. That's ridiculous!
