  • My wife and I have bought a lot of houses over the years, and we've always been disappointed with home inspectors. When we needed a 1-yr home inspection on our new home prior to warranty expiration, we decided to give PrimeSpec a try. We couldn't be happier. Kevin identified everything we already knew about, and much more. For example, Kevin meticulously measured and documented the insulation depth throughout our attic. He compared this to the insulation upgrade option we selected with the builder, and found that we didn't get what we paid for. The builder came back to correct, and this saved us a ton of money. This is one of many areas that Kevin saved us a lot of money and hassle. We highly recommend PrimeSpec!
