  • We went to Chapman Jeep Dodge to purchase a 2016 Cherokee . Call the dealership at 1015am and spoke to Scott the sale person and told him what we were looking for an what equipment I , and I will not take White black or Tango. And I ask do you have anything on the lot like that. He said yes , So I told him great we will be there in 1 hour. When we got there he was not even ready for us , like maybe have a vehicle pulled up too the front , so we could see it and test drive it. So when we got there he was in his office talking to other sales personal , not even ready for us. So then he had to go into the back and find the vehicle that we could test drive. He was gone maybe 15 minutes , and comes back with a dirty car for us to test drive , his excuse was there is no way to wash the vehicle because service was closed , Well I guess that means they cant sell any cars because how are they going to clean them before delivery. My wife did not like the way that one drove , so I ask him if he had another one like that but in Gray , he said yes, I will go get it. Well again he was gone for about 15 minutes or so , and came back with no car , saying I did not know if you left or not. I told him where is the car , he said to me well I cant just snap my fingers and have it appear. Then he disappeared again , this time he was gone another 15 minutes , I was not going to have my wife treated in this type of manner any longer, so we left. So about 1o minutes later I get a call from Scott asking if we were still there I told him know , and I told him the reason why. He then proceeded to yell at me for wasting his time , Excuse me, WASTING YOUR TIME. I decided then just to hang up on the jack ass. Just to let you all know I worked for that same store and believe this or not but you can get a vehicle wasted on Sunday at that store , I use to do it myself. Now I have been in the business for 29 years so I know how a customer should be treated. Now in all do respected Chapman Dodge Jeep is a great store with great management staff . But stay far away from Scott Grimes the sales person, he is only interested in screwing you over,.
