I'm honestly torn on the star rating what I would really like to give them is a 3.5. I've been going to this shop for about 14 years now and I've had both good and bad experiences with them. Most of the time they are willing to fix the problem of a bad experience within reason if you give them the chance. They have a wide variety of animals to choose from but make sure you check your snakes for mites and quarantine them when you get home for a little while. Do they have dead animals sometimes? Of course they do, they get 100's of wild caught animals in and sometimes they don't do well but the large majority of the animals are sold healthy and backed up by the owner. They don't carry fish or many mammals which is fine with me because I'd rather not go into a store who sells animals they're not qualified to care for or don't have a passion for simply to make money (PetCo, PetsMart). Over all it's a good shop and worth visiting, for the most part fairly priced, and clean. I also want to say.... a couple of reviews mentioned snakes being in small containers and the wallabie having a boring life..... small deli cups for baby snakes is a standard practice in the herp industry and is actually way less stressful than a large enclosure where they feel less secure and more vulnerable. Secondly, the wallabie gets to get out play pretty frequently between the employees and regular customers who come in to see him so I assure you its no more boring than leaving your dog at home for a few hours a day while you go to work.
