| - YUM YUM YUM!!! Terrific! We had reservations and they were expecting us when we arrived, gave last name and they didn't even look down at the book, called upstairs and announced my full name for them to be ready for us. Very cool. We ordered the Trio of Filet, Lobster Tail, and Shrimp. My husband and I each have had Gastric Bypass so we always share and they split the meal for us. The filet, cooked perfectly rare. The lobster was a terrific amount of meat. The shrimp were large and good. Beautiful presentation on the plate with small amount of mashed potatoes, baby carrot, lemon wedge. We also tried the bone marrow. Excellent. Always wonder why they make it so salty though? Every restaurant, not just this one. We also ordered mashed potatoes not knowing we'd have them on the other plate so unfortunately we spent a bit too much with that order. We had the shishito peppers which were great. As an appetizer we split the wedge salad - again, absolutely delicious! After, we went out to the rooftop bar lounge area. Great view of the strip! Anyways... didn't have a high expectations of the Rio in general, but we had a great meal experience, the Penn and Teller show was awesome, and we had fun gambling. We'd go back!
