  • Made an apt for 6:30 and we showed up at 6:12, the lady said we're late. The doctor left for the day. She said we have to be there at 6 for the 6:30 apt. I even got a voice mail the day before saying my apt is at 6:30 and to come 15 mins early for paperwork. So we end up rescheduling and wasted a trip to their store for nothing. Not sure if the doctor is good or not but for sure customer service is crazy.
