  • I had been eyeing a CPO Honda that I found through their website. Called at 9am on Friday morning to see if it was available - it was. I had been emailing the same sales rep back and forth (I won't name him here) and when I told him I was on my way in to see the car, he said great and that he would pull it up front. I got there and they paged him...and I waited..and waited...and waited. Left after 15 minutes without ever meeting the sales rep or seeing the car I wanted. Ended up buying a new Hyundai later that day at a different dealer!
