  • A/C went out upstairs Saturday in the middle of the night. Called them Sunday morning. Had us check a few things ourselves then sent a guy out. He was here within 30 minutes. Explained all the parts of the unit, gave us options and was very polite. We did a little price comparison and they were well priced for what we needed. Also give a 1 year grantee for the part we replaced + the labor. Checked voltage in our second A/C unit for free per request. Very happy with service and level of professionalism . Will use them again if needed.
