  • The food concept is unique, but not well executed. The bacon was totally flavorless, so it was pointless and a huge disappointment. The sriracha ranch, which sounds delicious, had an odd tang to it that seemed like it was not fresh. The pork rinds were good, but again, the flavor on them was just...off. I was really prepared to be impressed and really was underwhelmed by the entire visit to the food truck and then to the restaurant on a different day. The service was fine, a little slow on refills but not horrible, and they were very nice.
