rev:text	This is one of the few time I shopped somewhere without reading the reviews first. I guess if I had read them, I wouldn't have gone to Bill Luke and would have missed out on a great experience and a great price. I went to every (yes, EVERY) Dodge dealer in the Phoenix area. I couldn't find anyone with prices as low as Bill Luke. Not even close for that matter. My sales person was Adam McCarron, He put up with me for almost a week as I went back and forth on different vehicles and I must have test driven 10 vehicles overall. Never once was he anything but professional and helpful. He returned calls, texts and emails whenever I had questions. I finally bought a brand new vehicle from them. I've checked other dealers even since I bought my vehicle, as well as KBB and NADA. I don't believe I could have bought any better anywhere, unless it was used from a private buyer. I also enjoyed working with the finance person, Wendy. There was NO pressure to buy anything extra. She quickly went over the options and add-ons, I declined them all, and she had me sign that I was declining and we moved on. Excellent experience, especially when finance is usually the worst of the worst at a dealership. It does appear ALL the service reviews are terrible, so I may consider going somewhere else for service (plus I live in Queen Creek, so that's a very long drive). But I wouldn't go anywhere else in the area to purchase a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler than Bill Luke. I also wouldn't work with anyone else there but Adam! Thanks Bill Luke.
