  • Just the absolute worse rental car experience. The email says unlimited mileage, only to be told at counter, " not for ontario drivers" They were disorganized & rude. Their sign was taped To the wall, which should have been the first "sign" of how professional they are... Oh yes btw, you cannot deny insurance without having a copy of your own insurance ( that's never happened at hertz national etc)
