  • I have been trying to get ahold of someone for four days, spoke with three different employees (Lisa, Savannah, and Jennifer) sent two emails, and every time been told I'll get a call back by the end of business day or within 10-15 minutes and have still not received a call back. It's been a simple refund issue I've tried to have resolved and am disappointed in the customer service I've received .
