  • I found this place through a LivingSocial deal. I've been a few times since and consistently get a great haircut/style, so no complaints there. My issue is that I cringe when I have to call. They need to change their phone (reception is poor) and the guy who answers it, who may in fact be an owner...I can never hear him and he doesn't respond when you state 'I would like to book an appointment with so-and-so, is it possible to do so on such-and-such a day'. There is usually dead silence on the other end and because his phone is so crappy, I continually think the line has dropped. He only replies when he can find an available slot which takes a fair amount of time so to not say 'one moment while I search', is just plain strange..so one is left thinking..ummm did I say something wrong?! When he does reply, I can never understand what he says! He mumbles and has an accent which doesn't make matters any better. I just continually hope I hear him correctly and show up with the time I have marked down - crossing my fingers. Other than that, their prices are pretty good for their services (if you're leveraging the Groupon or LivingSocial deals)
