  • JPG provided a thorough home security analysis of our current alarm system and made recommendations for things we could do to improve on what we already had. There were several things another company was trying to 'sell' us on, and Jim explained not only that we wouldn't need them, but why we should look to do something different. The technicians that handled the installation were efficient, clean, and very friendly. They showed us the entire system before they left and made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left. We even received a call from the monitoring center a couple of days later to confirm telephone numbers and ask if we had any questions. Great follow through and highly recommended!
