I lived here for nearly a year. First in a one bedroom and then upgraded to a three bedroom. The pro was they allowed me to upgrade to the 3 bedroom without the 60 day notice due to me needing a "office" to work from home (granted that also equals more money for them). The cons were things are not fixed quickly and a lot of times you will be informed with inaccurate information. The 1 bedroom I lived in was in the back and walking to it was VERY dy ark bc a light was out. I asked for MONTHS to have it fixed and it never was. Then I was told it was an mercy light that only came on for power outage etc... which was false bc on every other apartment the light came on at night. Lastly, when I moved out they kept my $300 deposit and charged me roughly $500 for a "stain on the rug." I lived in the 3 bedroom for 3 months. In addition to that I never received a letter about it and roughly 30 days after I get a call and they threaten to put it to collections. Personally and honestly I wouldn't stay here again nothing is updated and you can find places that are updated and nicer for roughly the same price.
