  • My first time buying lotto tickets from the kiosk in this terminal was horrible. I went first to redeem my winning lotto tickets from the guy and he threw the my lotto tickets at me that it almost fell off the counter. I responded by say "That was rude" he didn't even apologize. Then I went back because I forgot I had scratch tickets to redeem and was then serviced by a lady. I was thinking thank goodness I won't have the rude guy again. Well, she was exactly the same. I had $5.00 winnings and wanted to redeem by getting more scratch tickets. I didn't see any $2 in the case so I asked she showed me and just grabbed any for me. I then wanted a $3 and she said "do you want to pick or does it matter?" Before I could respond I said she grabbed one for me and threw it at me and closed the lotto case. I said "yes I did want to pick". Then just decided to take what she threw at me because 2 more people were behind me. They are RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE!!!!!!RUDE. Who the hell do they think they are to throw tickets at me. I may look young but it does not mean to treat me with disrespect.
