  • Scott is great to work with. I met them through Sonoranhp.com warranty company. Roland and Joe pointed out many hack jobs of previous work performed on zone 1. The new problem was replacing the evap coil. Just under 1yr later the coil failed but I had switched warranty companies to AHS the tech they sent just said its all a "crap shoot" and was only interested in selling a brand new AC unit refusing to do a leak down test that the warranty would cover, very interested in billing for things outside the warranty and not troubleshooting the problem. Called Scott and his tech came out and found the leak in the evap coil still under factory warranty and installed new at no cost. I dropped the crappy AHS warranty and their crappy network of contractors. Scott recommended some good warranty companies and has done solid honest work on my other properties. Very honest, logical, timely service, and all about the long term relationship.
