  • As I'm getting frustrated watching larger orders than mine being served before. I noticed the owner struggle with a disgruntled costumer that disliked everything she had and wanted to switch orders after she was served. The amazing composure of the owner, even when this woman went behind the counter to explain her order, was admirable. With profuse apologies I got my order, with extra side of wings which I didnt order. The food was good, fresh and perfect on temperature, and that manager changed what could have been a banter into admiration and respect. Keep the good work, and try to keep up with that smile you kept on today. Thank you
