  • I made an appointment because they were near my place and I liked the fact that they seemed to take a natural, holistic approach. Upon calling I notified them I was self pay. No insurance. The payment process was explained. I thought strange that they wouldn't take cash but no problem. The place is hard to find and parking is very bad. Good thing I wasn't really sick, Cause you have to park in the back alley and walk around the block to get to the entrance. The girl at the front desk was super rude. Told me it would be a while which I expected based on every other doctor visit I've had. Finally got to the room to be examined. I had a very bad dry cough that has been lingering for about 6 weeks. The doctor spent less than 8 minutes with me and was in such a rush, didn't listen or seem to care at all about my symptoms . Prescribed a zpack and rushed out the door. The z pack didnt work and after 2 more weeks I was still sick. They wanted to charge me another outrageous fee for a self pay visit. I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately I'm still searching for a doctor who listens and cares. Ps- there was someone else's urine sample just sitting in the bathroom when I went to use it.
