  • Had no wait at the counter to get the car. The agent at the counter was pretty chatty, which I appreciated to some extent, but 1) it would be nice to just get on to the car and 2) she forgot to include the contract in the folder she gave me, so I had to come back from the car lot and get another one printed, which wasted some time. Returning the car was a breeze. The agent there was very fast, and we were on our way in just a minute or so. The car (Toyota Camry) was wonderful, and the price was fine. Well done. Thanks.
