I'm not quite sure the service department understands the meaning of "appointment". I know that an oil change takes approximately 20 minutes. So why, with an appointment, do I have to sit here and wait for over an hour and a half to get a 20 minute oil change? Why not just make the appointment time for later? Do they not realize that people have better things to do than sit in their waiting room? Literally all they need to do is adjust their appointment times and make it more accurate for everyone. I would be happy to come back in an hour and 10 minutes to drop the car off for 20 minutes. But apparently that's not an option either. So I'm sitting wasting over an hour and a half of my time because they can't get an appointment system that actually works properly. I've never had great service here, and I can't wait for my customer survey to come back from this experience. Since they are always so pushy to get those back with positive marks, I'll be sure to tell their corporate office how this experience went. Thanks for wasting my time again Nissan.
