  • The customer service at this dentist office is the pits!!! You call to go over your account/ ledger which is your right to do as a customer, and the staff get snappy with you for questioning the charges. You carry over credit balance money that I have paid from the estimated treatment cost. But when I call in to request a refund, you tell me there isn't one. Don't forget you just emailed me the account/ ledger in that same call. Sometimes I wonder how you have been in business like this, with staff members who treat customer so rude..
