  • Years past I would've given this spa 5 stars, great services, loved the rooms and store, a fave spa in town! However I recently bought a Travelzoo voucher and prior to doing so, I confirmed I could use it a few days after expiration, they said absolutely! Then I had to reschedule (due to the Las Vegas concert shooting) which they understood and rescheduled, then I reconfirmed this morning that I can still use it, YES they said! I showed up (live 45 min away) and they said they checked with the manager and NO I can't use it, must pay full price on top of voucher. Needless to say, I left. Let me say A) I will never step foot in that spa again, horrible customer service, non compassionate, just filthy business practices...and B) Travelzoo was amazing when I called them. I will absolutely continue to use them. I can't promise you'll ever see this spa on their site again (and thank god)!
