| - One hour later . We finally got a 11 x 17 printed and laminated . Upon arrival , were told we have to send out file to an email to print . Never received a confirmation until 20 min later saying sorry there's an error. We were told wed receive a code to use within a few minutes . 20 minutes is NOT a few minutes . You would think a place like this would have high speed wifi , nope . Woman even warned us that their wifi would slow down the process if we were connected ( which we were not ) . Finally after just using our dropbox , the paper printed & on the back of it there was black dirty finger marks like whomever loaded the printers , hands were dirty . Then we have to make the lady fix it and she photo copys our sign which makes the quality 100 x worse . She proceeds to laminate it and said it was the laminate that made quality go down . WRONG . I asked her to bring back the original with perfect quality and dirty backside . She then asked erica, the other worker why it does that , something she should know . Photo copying anything changes quality . But anyways , it takes her forever to get the file again from our phone to reprint the sign on a CLEAN piece of paper . Finally , perfect quality , clean sheet of paper . We laminate it ourselves but have to wait for them to check us out because one computer is not printing receipts & the next computesr handheld is not scanning . One hr later shes finally able to check us out . Workers didnt seem very helpful with any guests trying to use self print in store & slow wifi / computer and all the broken machines did not help the fact . Next time , might not waste our time . Maybe it was a bad day , but store needs lots of love , upgrading wise . Something that would take 5 minutes should not have taken an hour . After a long day of work , no one wants to deal with this.
