I originally came here about 3 months ago after extremely painful sciatic nerve pain. The massage therapist (Dimitry) was very good and focused on my leg/sciatic nerve area. So I decided to give it another try since my sciatic nerve was acting up again. I booked with Dimitry again, although this time wasn't quite as good as the first. Most of it wasn't his fault (except for the fact that I thought he was more detailed/thorough during the first visit). Let's start with the noise level (which I did not experience at the first visit). The first 15 or 20 minutes were fine and I heard mostly just the soft music playing in the room. After that I heard employees talking in the room next door and cupboards/drawers being opened and closed. At least 4 times I heard metal rattling from the ventilation above (very loud). And surprisingly I heard the sound of a washing machine vibrating nearby, so much so that the massage table was shaking for a couple of minutes. Not quite the relaxing massage I had in mind. And certainly not for the regular price (which I believe is about $100 for 50 minutes). I spoke to the manager who offered an apology and a discount (basically paid the introductory price of $70). Needless to say, I won't be returning.
