  • Still a regular patient with Dr. TsaI... The negative reviews, as few as there are, are so petty it's almost laughable!! Has anyone ever heard of a "Specialist?" If you have an identified illness, you see a specialist! You get a referral. As a family Doctor, Dr. Tsai is the best you're going to get. EVERYONE has a bad day so expecting you that you catch one of the office staff on a bad day is a no brainer. If you're normal, you understand and work through it. Some of the Office Staff have changed and they just keep getting better. When it comes to "Patient Care" when was the last time a Doctor called you back after leaving a message, after hours, on the week-end or his staff had you in his office the same day you need to see him? FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!! Keep up the great work!
