  • Took my first aerial yoga class with Tara here. Terrific! I really like this studio space, as you can look out to the horizon while in class. I am very particular about the layout of yoga studios, and am extremely partial to those with windows. Actually, I won't attend a studio without windows. This was my first time at BeYoga South. Tara made everything seem less intimidating, and helped me avert a full blown panic attack when attempting a more "aspiring" aerial pose. Her assistant Josh was very very helpful too. Based on the quality of the experience and the reasonable investment involved, I would become a regular. Regrettably, it is a much farther drive than I am willing to do on a regular basis, and the classes I'm interested in seem to occur during 5-7 when traffic just explodes. Other than that, BeYoga South rocks.
