  • Fond memories here at La Santisima. Every single time I come here for their La Santisima veggie taco plate, it feels like a great life decision. These tacos are heavenly with fresh sautéed mushrooms, spinach, zucchini and onions with melted cheese. Then there is the salsa bar with around a dozen house made salsas. They best is the Mexican salsa and the pecan salsa crema. Oh and can't forget about their massive horchata drink they serve with chopped nuts and fruit on top. For those who partake, they have a bar with several tequilas, and probably other things. Small place, but cozy and intimate. Good spot for a casual date night where you can be a cool Phoenician that knows of the perfect spot for dinner. Parking is on 16th street, kind of a weird diagonal situation where you hope you don't get side swiped by traffic... But hey. Totally worth it if you do. These tacos. Yum.
