  • Dr Berger is amazing. Unfortunately, his staff ruins it for him. Numerous messages left for billing person because she did the billing wrong and can't get a return phone call, numerous calls from them requesting payment for procedures not even scheduled yet, and complete lack of coordination amongst staff regarding appointments. Received 3 calls in one day to set an appointment and it had already been done. Obviously no notes in my file. Money is most important at this office. Very disappointed because I followed Dr Berger from another dental office.
