  • I hit a curb last month and it turned out to be a little more damage than I thought. I went to discount tires but they weren't equipped to fix the issues. So I shopped around, priced some guys out and felt best about Superior Tire & Service. Their prices for outside parts are reasonable and their prices for tires and labor are amazing. The main deciding factor was Omar Julio. He explained what could be wrong with the car and the steps to figure it out. He was the only person I spoke with who didn't try to b@llshit me an answer. He broke down the prices depending on how much damage there was. It should be noted that I spoke to him and the guys at the surrounding shops without bringing my car in (pictures only). So I had my car towed to Superior and the staff quickly got to it. Their estimate was right on and they really knew what they were doing. I ended up getting 4 new tires too as I had to replace one anyway and the other 3 were pretty worn (I was a few months away from replacing them anyway). Well, 1 month later and today I drove over a nail! Dumb luck lately. Anyway, I called Omar up and explained the story. He was booked for the day (3:30pm on a Sunday). However, he told me to bring it in and he'd stay late if he had to for a free repair. I brought the car in and sure enough he got it fixed in a few minutes after closing. The crazy thing is, he and his crew are staying late for another customer, too! It's something a little more substantial than my tire but it goes to show how awesome these guys are. I overheard the customer explain that he needed his car tomorrow for a trip and the part came in right before closing. So Omar said he'd stay late with his staff. These guys are just so amazing and good people. I don't know the names of the rest of the staff but they're all like Omar. They're knowledgeable and very hard working. They're now my go-to shop! I even got a good year card for some discounts on services. My car runs just like new and it's thanks to them! Thank you guys you guys are amazing!!
