| - I moved in to these apartments about a year ago, two day after I signed the lease I could honestly say I was very sorry I signed the lease. The apartment hadn't been cleaned, on my walk through I was told they would take care of it and they never did. They never painted but just did a touch up if that. The window seals were dirty and the all the baseboards still had dirt stuck to all over. The cabinets were not cleaned either and the counter tops were all dusty. The floor looked like it was never cleaned, as well as the bathroom. Nothing was ever done no matter what I said. The office staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They act like they have no worries when it comes to management of the property. They plain don't care!!! They give you an attitude like take it or leave it. The Manager is really the worst manager I ever met. I complained several times and she never did anything about the problems with the apartment. I had to deal with somebody's music base for 12 months at all hours of the night and day. I called the security to have them turn down their music, but that was a constant battle. Because it was a non stop job. You would have thought that management would have caught on to the reports and would have tried to put a notice to the person above me playing his music at 2am and all hours, but NO!! She never put out any type of notices and nothing was ever done. There was always a funny smell coming through the vents. I would constantly get head aches due to the weird smell. I believe it was people doing drugs. I told the office and nothing was ever done. They just flat out don't care about their residents. No wonder they give you gift cards to move in. It's like that's the only way they can fill the place up. Lastly when I moved out I wanted my deposit back so I cleaned the apartment really good. With the exception of the carpet normal wear and tear I thought they would be impressed at how clean I left the apartment. I detailed the appliances, purchased new tray's for the stove and deep cleaned everything. I almost begged them to please do a what through with them before I left, but they insisted that they had no time and the only person that could do that was the manager. Of coarse she wasn't ever available to do a walk through. Next thing you know I get a measly check in the mail, because according to the manager, she said I left trash behind. This was so offensive to hear, because that was a flat out lie. I told her to show me pictures of the trash she said I left and then she would change her story and say, "Oh I guess it was another apartment I was looking at. She played this game about three times and kept saying she would give me the balance of my deposit back and she never did. To this day I never received a dime from the company. The staff is so tacky especially the girl named Ana. This girl acts like she has immunity and will never lose her job for the way she treats people with an attitude. She is so lazy!! Every time I walked in the office she was on a personal call and wouldn't ever acknowledge me. I mean who trains these people and I have to say the manager is no better. They don't even smile. It's like they feel like they are to good for people. SMH... Please it's just a property manager job. You girls are not Lawyers or Doctors. Get a life.
I wanted to warn everybody!!!!!! Don't be fooled by their so called gift card. You can rent elsewhere and deal with professionals instead of dealing with wan a bee's. I could not believe how they even had the nerve to say that I left trash when they clearly knew that was not true. Also there so called gym key deposit never was returned to me. They kept that too. So a once star is to much for this property, they deserve a negative star. Warning don't move here. These people are truly thieves. Also I saw a lot of shady stuff going on in the property. So just FYI.
Also when walking outside you see roaches crawling all over the place. Don't do it!!!
