  • Beck's Floor Installations didn't have the carpet available, and ordered it from out of state. The carpet arrived much later than promised and Becky put the blame on somebody else. If you're trying to turn around a rental property and it takes two weeks to get the carpet installed, then you're losing money because of the delay. The carpet and installation was otherwise good.
