  • Dr. Herman has helped me more than any doctor in our valley. Since allergies have been the bane of my existence of my 39 years here, his vast knowledge and experience have given me a thoughtful way to deal with them. I must also mention Jane at the front desk. She is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. She keeps the office running smoothly. She is worth her weight in gold. Although there has been a great deal of turnover in the back office, I have come to depend on Stephen where prescriptions are concerned. My only problem with this organization is with their scheduling department. In trying to reach Dr. Herman's office. In one particular instance, I was put on hold for an inordinate amount of time only to have someone hang up on me. This has happened more than once and I have been hung up on More than once. I would prefer to be on hold for Jane however long it takes. I know she will get the job done. Kathleen Fehr
