Carlos (the waiter) Steven (the chef), Karen (the day housekeeping) and Austin (evening lobby's customer service rep) had exceptional customer service! The rest of the front desk crew and house keeping, not so much! Evening house keeping was lazy and less then helpful. The front desk girls tonight giggled and smirked every time I walked through asking for help. I have two young kids who have come down with the flu. All I asked for were extra towels and extra trash bags because my youngest wasn't sure when he was going to throw up and couldn't run fast enough to the toilet. My other son was having accidents. I even had house keeping earlier in the day leave me cleaning supplies so that we could clean up after ourselves. Night house keeping refused to extra bags for the trash and extra towels.
Rooms were clean enough, lots of ceiling leakage, damage and construction going on in the restaurant area. The pool was dirty and felt like an ice box. Between this, the night girls in the lobby and evening housekeeping...we won't be back.
If management was smart, they would let go of the smirky, giggly, judgmental young girls up front. When I went back downstairs to ask about housekeeping, they were just flat out rude.
