  • I'm unhappy for a few reasons. 1. The guy at the counter was very rude. 2. You buy a $58.99 oil change and then also have to pay extra for labor on top of that? Why would labor not be included in the cost of an oil change? This is just a way to try and stick you with a little bit extra. 3. "How much would you pay for four tires if we did it today". You already quoted me an outrageous price, now you're open for negotiation, is this a flea market? Listen, when people go to shops we want to find our go-to shop. A shop that is real and to the point, not a shop that tries to squeeze what they can out of you. This shop is in a wealthy area and I can't imagine how badly they are taking advantage of unknowing people around. They quoted $600 to replace my windshield wiper motor... come on. Anyone who knows cars knows this is bologna.
